Today (or yesterday by the time you read this) I ran twice in the day for the first time ever.
I don’t know why.
I went for my running session with my new coach (we started on Friday, I’ll tell more soon) at 2pm. I got home, braaied & then set off my Run/Walk For Life session at 5pm.
That made for 9kms of running (& some walking, let’s be clear!) yesterday. That’s the most I have run/walked in one day in my life.
It reminded me of this video I saw a few days into the new year. I almost gave up trying to dig it up but I found it. And its so good. If you’re at the office, get a few ladies around & watch this. If you’re not, forward this & spam some friends! You’re going to love it…
Side note: obviously I got home for the day & had more braai & garlic bread than I should have. Followed by tea & cupcakes & a handful of speckled eggs! Because balance…
