Win tickets to join me at This Girl is on Fire Women’s Conference

thisgirlisonfireelementschanges (1)

These 4 ladies need no introduction and they’re partnering to bring us what promises to be a pretty powerful women’s conference, This Girl is on Fire (makes me think of Alicia Key’s song but that is rather appropriate) next Saturday. You probably know some of them better than others but they’re quite different in their own very way.

Hlubi and I went to the same high school in Cape Town where she was a year ahead of me. While I’ve never said as much as a word to her ever I could tell there was something very special about her especially in the way she carried herself – with the utmost confidence and grace, even as a teenager. I’ve always liked Pabi but when she revealed some of the demons she was fighting recently, that just deepened. I actually did a post about Refilwe, SA’s first albino model over here – you just cannot have any excuses when you listen to her story. And Amor – what a journey she has been on. Huge respect & I’m glad things seemed to have settled down for her family…

Now for the great news – I’ve managed to secure 4 double tickets for 4 readers and your partners to join me at the conference. This competition will run entirely on my Facebook page so head over there for directions to enter (it’s minimal effort, promise – I hate jumping through hoops for competions).

Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re in for:*
